• Each Key is bound to a single hardware device upon activation.
• Keys are for personal or authorized resale use only, depending on your account type.
7. RESELLER PROGRAM
• Partners and Resellers operate under separate agreements governed by the reseller panel.
• Credits purchased through the store are non-refundable once applied to a reseller account.
• Resellers are responsible for their own customer relationships and support.
• We reserve the right to revoke reseller privileges at any time for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Redistribution of Keys below the designated pricing tiers is prohibited.
8. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
• All sales are FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a Key has been delivered or credits have been applied.
• If a Key is confirmed defective and non-functional due to an error on our part, we may issue a replacement at our sole discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Share, resell, or distribute your account credentials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided through the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches in the Service or related software.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, staff, or partners.
• Initiate fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods.
• Circumvent hardware binding, licensing restrictions, or any security measures.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to XenoMorph Cheats. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products solely for their intended purpose.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
