REFUND POLICY

All purchases are considered final except under the conditions described below.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
A refund will only be granted if the Software cannot function due to a verified technical failure, such as:
• Software cannot launch on a supported system
• Authentication or license activation fails due to system incompatibility
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Change of mind or unmet expectations
• Lack of understanding of features
• Unsupported system configurations
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
2. TIME WINDOW
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
3. VERIFICATION
XenoMorph Cheats may request diagnostic information to verify the issue before approving a refund. Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting may result in denial.
4. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method (Stripe) where possible.
5. ABUSE
Repeated refund requests, fraudulent claims, or attempts to bypass licensing will result in denial of refund eligibility and possible account termination.
6. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a serious violation of these terms.
If a chargeback is filed:
• The user account will be immediately and permanently terminated
• All licenses and Software access will be revoked without notice
• The user will be permanently blacklisted from all future access
• Associated identifiers (credentials, license keys, hardware IDs) may be blocked
XenoMorph Cheats reserves the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and provide transaction records, login logs, license usage data, and system activity logs to the payment processor as evidence of service delivery.
Users must contact support before filing any dispute. Chargebacks filed without prior contact or after a denied refund remain subject to full enforcement.
